Prompt delivery of gorgeous clothes as usual.
Had 2 recent orders, the weekend holdall and Mavis trainers, both lovely quality and trainers are a perfect fit.
2nd irder gorgeous Penelope jumper and a silk scarf, again lovely quality.

Easy delivery, however disappointed in sizes, very very big .also sorry I didn't check return policy as this was also at a charge

That’s a few damaged items I’ve had to return now they’ve been ripped or stitching coming away then they are sold out so can’t get them replaced,I’m finding the quality control isn’t great.but customer service always deal with the problem straight away and never had a problem getting my refund.

I have ordered loads of clothes from Tilletts, everything is so nice & it is very flattering on someone like me, a lady of a certain age! Summer is coming, so I will be ordering more in the coming months

I have had clothing before from Tillets, and was very happy, however I recently bought the cream roll neck jumper £30 and it was very thin and not the best quality to be honest, so I sent it back and have paid for the return £3.50 and the postage to get it delivered so all in all I have paid probably £7 for nothing so not been happy this time

Brilliant and simple process from selection through to payment. Emails kept me up to date on the progress and delivery when stated. I bought the lipstick pink checked jacket and it fits beautifully. Lovely for walks when the weather picks up when a coat is too much and this will keep the chill off. I was torn between the blue and the pink. May be going back for the blue!!!!

If I had loads of money I would use them all the time,every item I have ordered the quality is great.

Arrived quickly and garment was great. I've always had a good experience with this company. One quick question - where has the click and collect button gone? I like to collect if I can, but this time I had to have my parcel delivered.

Love to watch Mel and girls doing the lives, all the clothes look so amazing on Mel, not always that good on me!. Ordered two weekender bags, these kept selling out and I missed out initially but was delighted they were restocked. Came quickly and they were everything they said they were, great quality, fab colours and just perfect for those short trips.

Have bought quite a few items from Tillets. They arrive quickly and returns are very prompt - never had to wait long for money to be refunded into my card. The only downside it a lot of the larger one size items, particularly tops, are usually too big for me - I am 5 foot 2 and size 10/12. However, love their magic trousers.

I found your staff so easy to deal with for my first order. From seeing the clothing on Mel or another girl the information was correct especially as regards size. My first order arrived 2day and I am thrilled. Have ordered another one 2day. Cant wait for it to arrive. It feels like you are in the girls homes like Mel and doggies !!!. I have shared the details to 3 of my friends. Very professional Company. And some fun to watch. Especially as I am reguraly bed ridden and to be able to shop like this is just perfect.
